On Tuesday, November 25th, our team had the opportunity to work on a key concept of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: the Pull & Push system with the 8th Dan Master.
On the agenda:
🔸 Understanding how to pull to unbalance your opponent
🔸 Knowing how to push to control and create space
🔸 Combining the two to open up the best technical opportunities
End of the session: 30 minutes of sparring under the watchful eye of the Master, who provided feedback, motivation, and pushed everyone to give their best.
